In 1999, Lisi Raskin and Scott Latimore set up a battle skirmish with green, plastic army men that they bought from the Walmart on Tunnel Road in Asheville, NC. With a propane touch they proceeded to simulate the incineration that likely occurred when objects and people were exposed to Napalm.
